Hello, welcome to the internet shop for dashdot publications, an established, independent, UK-based publisher of books and booklets.
In the last fifteen years we have produced over a dozen titles for education, information and entertainment. And we are continuing with new titles, editions, formats, access and pricing.
Authors
The principal author is Tom Taylor – current principal of management consultancy dashdot, a co-founder and retained advisor with Buro Four and a previous President and Chair of APM – the Association for Project Management; constantly supported by Rob Dee and selectively by Ed Rhodes.
Themes
There are themes of For Business, For Project Management, For Design and For Fun – as below and in the Shop.
Titles cover general guidance plus niche, topical and important issues such as sustainability, and management during pandemics.
Some titles are offered for free or are available under the Creative Commons License at no charge.

This growing collection devised and written by Tom Taylor of dashdot (also co-founder of Buro Four and former Chairman and President of the Association for Project Management), in conjunction with Rob Dee and Ed Rhodes, has been produced with the support of Buro Four.
The various volumes may be grouped as follows:
Business aspects – specifically covering Recession Survival and Recovery, plus Good Business Advisors and management during pandemics.
Project Management – including Management in Practice, Leadership in Action (of four booklets), Time Matters (of four booklets) and How To Select The Right Project Manager.
Design themes – such as ‘An Introduction to the Ever-expanding Design Team’ and all about ‘Collaboration’ as an Introduction and Study Guide plus ‘Sustainability Interventions’ for teams.
And a Fun series – covering ‘Sixteen Stories’, ‘Characteristics of Effective Project managers’ (which has a serious side) and GMPM (which does not).
Also included within the Fun series is the Foundation Series – in development and currently including, as free downloads or hardcopy samples, ‘Management in the Real World’ as scenarios and ‘Meet the Managers’ as stories for telling and discussion.
